Subtitle settings can be adjusted during playback. To manage subtitles, tap the screen to display the player controls and select the CC (Subtitles) icon. From there, available subtitle languages can be selected, or subtitles can be turned on or off.
Subtitle availability varies by series and region, and not all subtitle languages are available for every title.
If an expected subtitle language is unavailable or subtitles appear incorrect, contact the Support team through Profile > Support and provide the following information:
The name of the series.
The subtitle language that is missing or incorrect.
This information will help the Support team review the issue and improve subtitle availability where possible.
