The process for canceling a DramaTV subscription depends on the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose DramaTV from the list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon.
Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Choose DramaTV from the list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Web
Sign in to your account at https://drama.tv.
Navigate to the Profile > Account > Subscription Management section.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively, web subscriptions may also be canceled using the link included in the subscription confirmation email.
After cancellation, access to subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
