Why is my VIP subscription not active after purchase?

If a VIP subscription is not active after purchase, the following steps may help resolve the issue:

  1. Verify that you are signed in with the same account used to complete the original purchase. DramaTV subscriptions are linked to the account (Apple ID, Google account, or email address) used during checkout.

  2. Navigate to Profile > Restore Purchase and allow a few minutes for the subscription status to refresh.

  3. If you signed out after making the purchase, sign back in using the original purchase account and select Restore Purchase.

  4. For subscriptions purchased through https://drama.tv, sign in to the app using the same email address used during the web purchase.

After restoring a purchase, it may take 5–10 minutes for the subscription to appear in your account and for VIP access to be restored.

If the subscription is still not active after completing these steps, contact the Support team through Profile > Support and provide your purchase receipt or order number (App Store, Google Play, or Paddle).
