Why is my subscription not activated?

In some cases, network issues or temporary synchronization problems with your Google/Apple account may delay the activation of your subscription.

Please make sure you wait at least 10–15 minutes after completing your purchase.

If your subscription is still not active, please check the following:

  • If you logged in with a different account: You must log in to DramaTV with the same account used for the purchase. Please make sure you are signed in with the correct account.

  • If you are logged in with the correct account: Go to your Profile and tap Restore Purchase, then wait a few minutes.

  • If you logged out after purchasing: Log back in using the account you used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchase and wait a few minutes.

  • If your subscription is still not active, please contact us via Profile > Support and include your purchase receipt (App Store / Google Play receipt with order number).
