Why did I receive two charges from DramaTV?

Two charges may appear when more than one purchase is associated with an account. For example, a user may have an active VIP subscription in addition to a separate coin pack purchase. In some cases, purchases may also be made through different platforms, such as iOS and the DramaTV website.

If multiple charges appear to be unexpected or duplicated, contact the Support team through Profile > Support and provide copies of all relevant purchase receipts.

The Support team will review the account and purchase history and, where applicable, assist with resolving duplicate charges and processing eligible refunds.
