One possible reason for purchase issues on iOS is that In-App Purchases are disabled in the device settings.
Before troubleshooting further, check whether purchases can be completed in other apps. If purchases are unavailable across multiple apps, verify the following setting:
Open Settings.
Navigate to Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Select iTunes & App Store Purchases.
Tap In-App Purchases.
Ensure that Allow is selected.
If In-App Purchases are disabled, purchases within DramaTV and other apps may be blocked.
After enabling the setting, restart the DramaTV app and try the purchase again.
