If you are unable to sign in, try the following steps:

  • Verify that your internet connection is stable.

  • Close and reopen the DramaTV app.

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to determine whether the issue is network-related.

  • Confirm that you are using the correct sign-in method and account credentials.

If the issue persists, contact the Support team through Profile > Support and provide the following information:

  • Country or region.

  • How long the issue has been occurring.

  • Screenshots of any error messages displayed during sign-in.

This information will help the Support team investigate the issue more efficiently.
