The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

App crashes can occur due to device memory limitations, background processes, or unexpected application errors.

If the app is crashing repeatedly, try the following steps:

  • Close other applications running in the background.

  • End unnecessary processes that may be consuming device resources.

  • Restart the device and reopen the DramaTV app.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, contact the Support team through Profile > Support for further assistance.
