• A clear description of the issue and what you were trying to do.

• Your device type and OS version (e.g., iPhone 14, iOS 17.5 / Pixel 7, Android 14 / Chrome on Windows).

• Your app version

• The email address linked to your account.

• If the issue is related to a purchase: the purchase receipt or order number (App Store / Google Play / web).

• Screenshots or a short screen recording of the issue, if possible.
