Why didn't my purchased coins appear in my account?

In some cases, network issues or temporary synchronization problems with your Google / Apple account may delay the update.

DramaTV coin flow works as follows:

If you purchase coins as a Guest (anonymous) user, coins are assigned to your guest account and can be used while remaining a guest.

If you later log into an account (Google / Apple, etc.), the coins are migrated to that account.

If you log out of that account, the coins will NOT return to the guest account. They remain on the logged-in account.

Therefore, logging in with the correct account is critical.

If your coins are missing, please check:

Did you purchase as a guest?

Did you log into an account after purchasing?

Could the coins have been migrated to another account you previously logged into?

If the issue persists, please send us your purchase receipt (with order number visible) via Profile > Support.
