I made a typo in my email — what should I do?

If an incorrect email address was entered during the subscription purchase process, contact the Support team through Profile > Support as soon as possible.

To help locate and verify the account, include the following information:

  • A copy of the purchase receipt or order number.

  • The incorrect email address used during purchase.

  • The correct email address that should be associated with the account.

Once the account has been verified, the Support team will review the request and update the account information where applicable.
