The video keeps freezing

Video freezing or buffering issues are commonly caused by unstable or slow internet connections.

If playback is interrupted, try the following steps:

  • Verify that the internet connection is stable and operating at an adequate speed.

  • Restart the DramaTV app and try playing the video again.

If the issue continues after completing these steps, contact the Support team through Profile > Support for further assistance.
